R.C. Hedreen Co: Driving Condo Sales for a Luxury High-Rise

RC Hedreen was developing one of the first high-rise luxury condominium buildings in Seattle’s core in many years. The project was coming online at a time when several other buildings were being planned, creating ample competition for a fixed number of potential buyers. Allison+Partners was engaged to help support marketing efforts with a multi-pronged public relations campaign that positioned Olive 8 as the premiere building for urban condo dwellers.

The team created a PR campaign that put the firm and its people in front of key audiences through a constant drumbeat of business and trade news coverage, as well as prime speaking opportunities at regional and national real estate events. We leveraged the building’s central location near shopping, transit and office buildings, as well as buyers’ 24-access to hotel and concierge services. RC Hedreen’s local reputation for developing many other luxury properties was a key asset to our ability to build excitement and trust around the mixed-use project. 

During the campaign, we generated coverage in high-target business and consumer press outlets, including Puget Sound Business Journal, Seattle Times, Daily Journal of Commerce, radio and television news stations and more.
